Steven Puglisi ARCHITECTURE has been providing design services on the California Central Coast since 1991. With a special emphases for custom residential and commercial design, the work of Mr. Puglisi is recognized throughout the region. Subdivisions, resort properties, restaurant and hospitality and waterfront projects in Pismo Beach, Port San Luis and Morro Bay, have provided Mr. Puglisi with a breadth of knowledge and experience in navigating his design commissions through some of the most challenging political arenas in the State. As a gifted spokesman, he has earned the respect and confidence of the jurisdictions throughout the County. He is trusted and acknowledged as a fair and tireless champion for his clients.

His first commercial commission, Marshall's Jewelers, was afforded him by Clifford Chapman in 1975. Since then he has designed many of the areas most appreciated buildings. Café Roma, Rose's Landing, the Valentina, the Network Mall, Villa Toscana, The Anderson Inn and the Morgan Stanley Building are but a few of his noteworthy commercial contributions to the rich architectural character of the Central Coast. Among his residential efforts are the homes of Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Branch, Mr. J. G. King, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Woolpert, Mr. Michael Spangler, Ms. Rose Lee, The Clifford Chapman Estate and Marinus at Ragged Point commissioned by Mr. and Mrs. Rick West.

As the principal of his boutique office, Mr. Puglisi has enlisted a consultant crew groomed from the robust professional workforce in the area. His consulting engineers, most whom have collaborated with Mr. Puglisi since the1980's, have provided the horsepower and teamwork that makes all projects, large or small, within the capacity of his firm while still retaining an intimate "hands on" relationship with his clients and his design work.

There is a sign on the door that reads: "Architectural Therapy". This is your first clue to the personality of Steven Puglisi. He is a design professional who understands the process of architecture requires patience and communication which he uses in equal measure along with his formidable drawing skills to achieve the best for each of his commissions. "Great projects begin with great clients" has been the mission statement of Steven Puglisi ARCHITECTURE for two decades.
